BLUE DEER LTD

This project required new developments as well as improving the infrastructure of existing buildings. The project needed to be sympathic to the tradition market town surroundings, whilst offering the right spaces to encourage much needed retailers.

The project which is located in the centre of Bakewell was completed in 2002.

It consisted of the relocation of the Cattle Market, before it was closed by the EU, a large new supermarket, riverside residential properties and 2 large retail units.
